1. Introduction

Welcome to RayBot, operated by RayBot, Inc., a Delaware (United States) corporation ("we", "our", "us"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share information when you use RayBot, including our Telegram bot, web dashboard, and related tools (collectively, the "Service"). 2. Information We Collect

Account Data

When you authenticate via Telegram, we collect your Telegram user ID, name, and username. We do not receive your Telegram password or phone number.

Device and Usage Data

To operate, secure, and improve the Service, we automatically collect:

• Device and browser identifiers, including a browser fingerprint and a browser ID generated on your device, and your user agent string. We use these to protect accounts, detect fraud and abuse, and manage sessions.
• Usage data, such as pages viewed, features used, clicks and interactions, referral source, approximate location derived from IP address, and session information.
• Log data, such as IP address, access times, and error reports.

Payment Data

• Card payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card details; we receive limited billing information such as payment status and subscription identifiers. Stripe's processing is governed by Stripe's own privacy policy.
• Cryptocurrency payments: when you pay by cryptocurrency, we process the transaction hash, the sending and receiving wallet addresses, and the amount. Please note that blockchain transactions are public by design (see Section 7).

Data You Provide

We collect information you submit through the Service, such as wallet addresses you choose to track, tags, labels, settings, preferences, and any messages you send to our support.

Cookies and Local Storage

We use cookies and browser storage (localStorage) to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and support the analytics described in Section 4. Essential cookies (such as the authentication cookie) are required for the Service to function.

3. How We Use Your Information

We process personal information in reliance on our legitimate business interests, to enter into or perform a contract with you, with your consent where required, and/or to comply with our legal obligations. We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Service, including account creation and login.
• Process payments and manage subscriptions.
• Protect the Service and our users, including account security, session management, and fraud and abuse prevention (this is the primary purpose of device fingerprinting).
• Analyze usage and improve the Service, our features, and our marketing.
• Send administrative information and respond to inquiries and support requests.
• Enforce our Terms of Service and other policies, and comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

4. Analytics and Tracking Technologies

We use the following analytics tools:

• PostHog — collects usage events such as page views, page leaves, clicks, and interactions, together with device and browser information. Anonymous visitors are assigned a random identifier; if you later sign in, your prior anonymous activity on our site may be linked to your account so we can understand how users discover and use the Service. PostHog data is processed on our behalf and is not used to show you third-party advertising.
• Vercel Analytics — collects aggregated usage events and performance metrics.
• Device fingerprinting — as described in Section 2, we generate device and browser identifiers used for security, session management, and fraud prevention.

You can limit some of this collection through browser settings and extensions (for example, blocking scripts or clearing storage), though parts of the Service may not function without essential technologies.

5. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the following situations:

• Service Providers. We share information with vendors that process it on our behalf to run the Service, including Telegram (authentication and bot delivery), Stripe (card payments), PostHog (analytics), and Vercel (hosting and analytics). These providers are bound by their own contractual and legal obligations.
• Compliance with Laws. We may disclose information where legally required to comply with applicable law, governmental requests, judicial proceedings, court orders, or legal process, or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
• Business Transfers. We may share or transfer information in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business.

6. International Data Transfers

Our service providers, including our hosting and analytics providers, may store and process information in the United States and other countries that may have data protection laws different from those in your jurisdiction. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

7. Blockchain Data

The Service analyzes data from public blockchains. Wallet addresses, transactions, and balances on public blockchains are publicly available, replicated across the network, and permanent by design; they are not created or controlled by us, and we cannot alter or erase them. When you pay by cryptocurrency or track a wallet, the associated on-chain data is public regardless of the Service. Erasure rights under applicable law apply to data we store in our systems, not to data recorded on public blockchains.

8. Data Retention

We keep personal information for as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this Policy — generally for as long as you have an account, plus any period needed for legal, accounting, security, or dispute-resolution purposes — unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

9. Data Security

We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational security measures designed to protect the personal information we process. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (for example, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or certain U.S. states), you may have rights that include:

• The right to request access to and obtain a copy of your personal information.
• The right to request rectification or erasure.
• The right to restrict or object to the processing of your personal information.

• The right to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

11. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

12. Third-Party Services

The Service interoperates with and links to third-party services, including Telegram, Stripe, and blockchain explorers. This Policy does not apply to third-party services; their handling of your information is governed by their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to review.

13. Updates to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our practices or for operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. The "Effective Date" above indicates when this Policy was last revised. Your continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy. This Policy may be translated for convenience; in the event of any conflict, the English version controls.
